The directors and management are committed to operate every aspect of the business to those standards that offer the highest possible quality of service to all clients. The declared policy of TreadTracker Ltd is to consistently achieve and maintain the highest possible standard of quality in our service delivery and support management information.
The management are committed to the continuous improvement of the quality management system by establishing and reviewing quality objectives for all areas of the company as detailed in 6.2 of the Integrated Company Manual. This is to ensure that the company operates effectively and efficiently and meets the needs of the customer.
Objectives needed to ensure that the requirement of this policy are met, and that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of this policy, will be set, determined, and monitored at management review.
The effectiveness of the Quality Management System is monitored by planned risk-based audits, process-based audits, management reviews, and effective corrective and preventative action.
The quality policy principle and objectives will be always communicated and available to staff. Training will be an integral part of the strategy to achieve this objective.
Within this policy, we are committed to operating TreadTracker Ltd under the disciplines and control of a Quality Management System conforming to the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.
All personnel have been made aware of the management commitment to this quality policy and are encouraged to demonstrate their own support to the system by continuous active participation.
The policy will be reviewed at regular intervals to ensure that it continues to be effective and meet customer expectations.
