Starting her journey as a humble customer service agent at DTM, Sally’s career is a testament to her unwavering commitment and profound understanding of the industry. Her progression from customer service to her current role as CEO is marked by a series of transformative positions including asset control, internal team management, regional operations, and head of national operations.

Sally’s deep-rooted experience extends across various facets of the industry:

  • Customer Service Experience: Enhanced inbound call handling and network service deployment.
  • Authorization and Process Building: Mastered the technical intricacies and process improvements within the tyre industry.
